You'll be receiving several boxes which contain all that you need to setup and start scanning.
The system is designed to be installed without any special assistance or guidance and can be setup in about 10-20 minutes. Just follow the instructions that come with the system and just a few screws later you'll be able to power-up the system, register, and take your first scans.
But wait! Before you start scheduling scans with your clients, make sure that you've scheduled an on-boarding session with our Customer Success team.
We typically schedule training after you've completed the installation and have completed a few scans with your staff to ensure that you, as an owner and business, are fully comfortable with the system. We'll walk you through the SuccessHub Dashboard and ensure that you clearly understand how to set your clients up for success in scanning.
If you have already received your scanner and have not yet been invited to an on-boarding training, contact our support team here and we'll make sure that you receive this training as soon as possible.
