We’ve made improvements to the content and structuring of our Help Center. Here, we have added and will continue to add a great deal of general information about Fit3D, 3D body scanning technology, FAQs for managing a personal profile, and, for Facilities, troubleshooting documentation to allow you quick and easy fixes to common issues.
Requesting Support from Fit3D
From Monday, April 16th 2018 onwards, the best way to contact our support team is to head over to our Help Center and in the upper right corner, Submit a Request. As we’re able to collect more detailed information about you and the issues you’re experiencing, we will be able to provide a more immediate response.
Please note that by the end of 2018, we will phase out direct communications via firstname.lastname@example.org and moving fully to support form requests.

Please note our new phone support protocol:
- Support hours remain M-F 9a-5p PT - support outside of these hours will be at our discretion.
- If we’re unavailable or on other calls, leaving us a detailed voicemail noting your concerns, name, phone number, email address and name of your facility will help us to expedite reviewing your issue and responding.
- Most issues are easily managed by following step-by-step written troubleshooting instructions. We may follow up with your messages via email if the resolution is outside of our standard phone support follow-up protocol.
