How do I access the Fit3D Marketplace?
You will need to have taken a Fit3D scan to access the Marketplace. If you'd like to take a scan, you can find a location near you here.
Once you've taken a scan, you can login to your account and access the Fit3D Marketplace here.
Why is Fit3D partnering with apparel brands?
We know there’s a huge issue with online ordering - which size will fit me best? How much is it going to cost to return the item? How much time is it going to take to send the item back? How is this item going to fit my body?
Fit3D partners with apparel brands to provide you with better fitting clothing, the very first time you interact with our partners. You are able to share your measurement and/or scan data with our partners who either produce custom-fit clothing or work to provide you with the best fitting ready-made clothing.
Who can use the Fit3D Marketplace?
Any Fit3D User can view the partners on the Fit3D Marketplace. In order to share your data with Fit3D Marketplace partners to take advantage of their best fit services, you will need to have taken a valid scan. You can review the protocol on how to take a valid scan here.

What information is sent to Fit3D Marketplace partners?
Fit3D takes your privacy and security very seriously. It is 100% your choice to share your privately identifiable (“PI”) data with a Fit3D Marketplace partner. If you don’t want to share your PI data, you can always simply go to the partner site and sign up for their service, however, the partner will not be able to utilize your Fit3D data to provide their best fitting services.
Different partners require different information to provide their services. We’ve created the list below so you know what information is shared with each partner, should you choose to share your Fit3D data through the Fit3D Marketplace:
How is my data used by Fit3D Marketplace partners?
Fit3D believes that the human body and its measurements are paramount to providing best fitting clothing and our Marketplace partners believe that proper fitting clothing is the cornerstone to their business success and your satisfaction. Some of our Marketplace partners, like StitchFix, will utilize your measurements to select the best fitting garments through their professional styling services. Other partners, like denim unspun, will actually design and custom manufacture jeans specifically for your body.
How secure is my data with Fit3D?
Fit3D takes necessary steps to protect your personal information. First, you will never be required to share your information with our partners; you’ll always make the choice to opt-in to sharing your personally identifiable information (“PII”).
Second, data is secured using the latest recommended secure cipher suites and protocols to encrypt data while in transit. All customer data encrypted at rest.
Lastly, our network is protected using firewalls on AWS configured to industry best practices and unnecessary ports blocked to limit attack surface. A refined system of logging and monitoring ensures we are aware of any suspicious activity and can act immediately.
