With the spread of COVID-19 and the Shelter In Place order affecting California, home to Fit3D's headquarters and warehouse, please note the following:
- Fit3D Support will continue to offer online support, with the normal support hours currently still available. There may be delays in our ability to promptly support you based on the continuously changing conditions, but it is our intention to ensure that all Fit3D systems are functioning properly.
- If you are in need of a replacement piece for your Fit3D, shipping times may be delayed or even suspended depending on what parts we have available and your facility location. However we will do our best to ensure you stay up and running.
- Currently Fit3D does not anticipate an interruption to normal Fit3D scanning and reporting services.
While we are working to ensure that service and support remain as undisrupted as possible, we ask for your patience and understanding as we work through this tough time together.
