Your scanner identification code can be found using the steps below:
- Open your ProScanner App
- Go to 'Settings'
3. You should see 'SystemID:' - please send support that information so our support agents can try to troubleshoot your scanner!
Unable to access your ProScanner app due to issues with your tablet?
You can send us one of your three scanner serial numbers - there is one located on the back of the tower, one on the tower base and one on the edge of the turntable. We only need one serial number to help identify to which facility your scanner is linked.
