This issue has been reported to our engineering team. At this time, we do not have a timeline to resolve this issue fully.
Workaround Options
- Optimal workaround: Clients can pre-register at home or on their phones by navigating to https://dashboard.fit3d.com/ and clicking "Sign Up".
- Secondary workaround: Facilities can allow clients to access Google Chrome on the ProScanner tablet to register on site. We recommend opening Google Chrome, navigating to https://dashboard.fit3d.com/ and bookmarking this page for easy access prior to scanning.

Facilities are reporting seeing issues when they update to Windows 11
Status: In review
This issue has been reported to our engineering team. At this time, we do not have a timeline to resolve this issue fully.
We are actively working on this issue, we do not have any solution for the issues that Windows 11 is causing with drivers we use with our system.
If you do accidentally update to Windows 11, you will require a replacement tablet at this time.
*Facilities who received their units directly from Fit3D's US distribution after Dec 1, 2022 should not have any issues using Windows 11 with their system.
